    第二次參加奧運，詹詠然說能夠披上中華隊的戰袍，對她而言是莫大的鼓舞；而首度參與奧運的詹皓晴，則笑說今年奧運是很特別的經驗，「很開心第一次奧運可以跟姐姐一起來，沒達到自己的目標，但是努力過了。」

    詹家姐妹今天一開賽一度取得3比0的領先，隨後卻連輸12局，甚至在第2盤吞了個鴨蛋，詹詠然坦承對手給他們不小的壓力，「領先時的關鍵球沒掌握好，讓對手找到節奏。」
